What each part of Trasa does, how to use it, and what it does not do yet.
In the practice, every day
- Packing and QR labelsYou pack instruments into pouches, each pouch gets a unique code, and you print its QR label.
- PouchesEvery pouch in the practice by status: waiting for a cycle, sterile, expiring, used.
- Scan and use on a patientYou scan the QR on a pouch, see at once whether it is sterile, and record it against the patient you use it on.
- Sterilization cyclesYou start a cycle with the pouches loaded, then release it or mark it failed with its parameters, indicators and the autoclave's printout.
- TodayThe practice's start page: sterile pouches ready, what expires soon, whether each autoclave has had today's test, and what is running now.
For inspections
- A pouch's traceFor any code you see the whole path: packing, cycle, parameters, who released it, the day's tests and the patient.
- Attached documentsPhotos of the autoclave printout, exported files and photos of test strips stay attached to their cycle or test.
- Control testsYou record Bowie-Dick, Helix, vacuum and biological tests, with their result and a photo of the strip.
- PatientsFor each patient you see which pouches were used on them, with each pouch's cycle and autoclave.
- PDF reportsYou download the sterilization register as a PDF for a period, a cycle or a patient, ready to show at an inspection.
- The registerEvery action in the practice, in order, each line linked to the one before by a fingerprint, so a later change shows.
Team and settings
- Autoclaves, instruments and programsThe practice's catalogue: its autoclaves, instrument types and sets, and sterilization programs.
- Practices and teamEach practice has its own team with roles, and one person can work in several practices.
- Sign-in and your accountYou sign in with the email and password your practice gave you, and choose your own password the first time.
