Sign-in and your account

You sign in with the email and password your practice gave you, and choose your own password the first time.

What it does

  • You sign in with an email and a password. Accounts are not open to the public: the practice owner or the Trasa team creates them.
  • A new account gets a one-time password. The first time you sign in, Trasa takes you to My account and asks for a new password of at least 10 characters.
  • A tablet in the sterilization room stays signed in for 30 days.
  • In My account you can change your password at any time; your other open sessions are signed out.

How to use it

  1. Open Trasa and choose Sign in.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. If you received a one-time password, choose your own in My account.
  4. To leave, open the menu with your name and choose Sign out.

Limits

  • There is no "Forgot password" email: an owner or admin resets the password and hands you a new one-time password.
  • No Google sign-in and no phone codes.

History

  • 27 September 2026, new: Each practice has its own team with owner, admin and staff roles. Someone who works in several practices switches between them at the top of the app.
