A pouch's trace

For any code you see the whole path: packing, cycle, parameters, who released it, the day's tests and the patient.

What it does

  • The pouch's status, large, in words and colour.
  • The steps: Packed (when, by whom, what is inside) → Sterilized (autoclave, serial number, cycle, program, parameters, integrator, Helix) → Released (who released the load and when) → Used (patient, date, by whom).
  • The autoclave's control tests on the day of the cycle.
  • Every cycle the pouch went through, failed ones included.
  • Its lines in the register, each with its fingerprint.
  • The QR on the label opens this page directly (after sign-in).

How to use it

Scan the pouch, or search its code in Pouches and open it. From the trace you can take the pouch out of use or use it on a patient.

Limits

  • A trace is only visible inside the pouch's practice; anyone else scanning the QR is asked to sign in.

History

  • 27 September 2026, new: Trasa keeps the practice's sterilization register: every pouch, cycle, test and use on a patient is recorded with its date, time and person. One button checks the register and shows whether anything was changed.
  • 27 September 2026, new: Scan the QR on a pouch to see at once whether it is sterile, then record it against the patient by record number. An expired or used pouch cannot be recorded.
