Practices and team

What it does

• Trasa keeps practices apart: each one sees only its own pouches, cycles, patients and register.
• Roles: Owner (everything, including other owners), Admin (settings, team, catalogue), Staff (daily work: packing, cycles, tests, use on patients).
• Each person also has a job title (dentist, assistant, hygienist), printed next to their name in the register.
• Someone who works in several practices switches between them at the top of the app; Trasa remembers the last one.
• Practice settings: name, address, company number, the prefix of its pouch codes, how long a pouch stays usable by default (3 months for a single pouch, 6 months for a double pouch or a cassette, unless you change it), and whether to warn when a cycle starts without the day's test.

How to use it

1. Settings: the practice's details and the default shelf life of a pouch.
2. Settings, Team: Add a person with their email, name, role and job title. If they have no account, Trasa creates one and shows you their one-time password once, so you can hand it over.
3. In the same list you change a role, deactivate someone who left, or reset a password.

Limits

• Invitations are not emailed: the one-time password is handed over in person.
• A deactivated person stays in the register under their name (history does not change).

History

• 27 September 2026, new: Each practice has its own team with owner, admin and staff roles. Someone who works in several practices switches between them at the top of the app.
