The register
Every action in the practice, in order, each line linked to the one before by a fingerprint, so a later change shows.
What it does
- One line for everything done: pouch packed, cycle started, released or failed, test recorded, pouch used or taken out of use, changes to the team and settings.
- Each line has its date, time, who and its fingerprint (SHA-256), computed from its content and the fingerprint of the line before.
- Check the register recomputes the whole chain and tells you it is intact, or the line from which it no longer matches.
- Lines cannot be changed or deleted, neither in the app nor directly in the database.
How to use it
Register: read the lines, newest first, and choose Check the register.
Limits
- The fingerprint shows the register was not changed inside Trasa; it is not a qualified electronic signature and not a timestamp from an outside authority.
History
- 27 September 2026, new: Trasa keeps the practice's sterilization register: every pouch, cycle, test and use on a patient is recorded with its date, time and person. One button checks the register and shows whether anything was changed.
